So today was week 1 of hopefully many weeks of my training. It was a tough 9 hours back. I had to stop myself from going above 85% as that's all that Pete called for. The whole week went great except for some problems at the run today. Thursday, I timed myself and came out with a 7:10 mile..and then promptly threw up after the effort. Today for
