Yup, when Episode III opens I'll be in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Google ljubljana "revenge of the sith" and you discover it will be playing there. I hear it will be a znanstveno-fantastični spektakel. Got my plane tickets, now to arrange my SW tickets. Er, my Vojna zvezd tickets.

most days I can take a little inventory of how nerdy I am, and it might impress the average non-nerd.

today I'm particularly nerdy, or at least, i'm nerdy enough that I'm pretty proud/embarrassed (what's the difference between them, really, when you're a nerd?).

just got back from history... er, the baseball game.

Ichiro hit three, breaking Sisler's record with his second at bat. It was phenomenal to be there. Ichiro showed emotion - relief. The Mariners all stormed the field to congratulate him.

He's got 2 more games to add on to his 259 hits. The most hits ever in a season. I feel high.

Over labor day I travelled to Southern California for some UP performances. I wanted to take the opportunity to catch some baseball, however the Angels and Dodgers were on the road, so I arranged my trip to catch a Padres game.
