So, my sister just got... elected? chosen? railroaded? Whatever, she's now captain of her derby team. Any suggestions on coaching-type books that I might get her for Christmas?

Ouch.. I hope your sisters team is a lot less chaotic and backstabbing than others I've seen. Though chances are if they've made her Captain its because they already respect her.
