Femi Kuti AND King Sunny Ade?! For FREE?!?! I love you Harbourfront! I mean I'm no great Afrobeat freak, but the King is something I would not miss for all the slasher films in Nova Scotia. Who's in!!!

SWEET AND HOT GARLIC SAUCE
(good for dipping deep fried Asian things)

combine, boil, and simmer for 25ish minutes:

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt

remove from heat and stir in 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce.
