I just started watching the Tatami Galaxy today. It looks really good and I've heard great things about it too. You are totally right about the dialogue being very fast - I couldn't keep up with the subs at all. >__>;

It gets better as the series goes along, especially the last few episodes, and thankfully the first episode is the worst in terms of the speed of the subs. Either that, or you get used to the speed! I know after the first episode I wasn't sure if I could keep watching with the speed dialogue, but as soon as I started the second, it didn't seem so bad.
