A long drive

Today was a six hour drive to the observatory. We left 10:30am after dealing with a mildly crazy hire car guy who spent ages doing the paperwork while dealing with traffic wardens. (It's now 5:30am and I'm thinking about bed - doing quite well really which is good for the nights ahead

I'm relieved to say it's nothing like that. (I saw the first episode of that and it was painful- I mean at least medical comedies are set in places that resemble hospitals :-) )
