There seem to be some interesting references in the comments showing that Homoeopathy has some effect. Wonder what is causing it. Since quiet clear there is no good explanation for it to work. Maybe if it's the RCTs not working they have got something very right, just not the medication.
The argument in the main article made me die a little though.
Generally it's poorly controlled trials, and people not posting results that are negative. It's really impressive how much the effect drops as you introduce more controls.
