There is absoLUTELY no point in memorizing the preamble. Er, declaration of independence. Or whatever the heck that is. Do you have to recite it in class, too? What a waste of time, Ben Breuer!

No, it's not the preamble because that starts "We the people of the United States of America..." So it MUST be the declaration of independence because gettysburg starts "Four-score and seven years ago, our forefathers set forth upon this great land a new nation, concieved in..." and I forget the rest.

Yes I DO know the Three Very Important American Anecdotes, or whatever the heck they are!
