I've just been reading a book that includes a description of ancient Egyptian religion and rituals, with a creation myth about Amun creating the basic elements of life (wet and dry) by masturbating. The Archaeology Coursebook (2nd edition), by Grant, Gorin & Fleming (Routledge 2005). It's probably not worth buying the book just for that, as it's only a short mention (and there's no other sex rituals it that I've read so far). It's in a section about the Temple of Karnak at Luxor; you might be able to find more on the net by searching for that (bearing in mind that the usual tourist-y stuff glosses over the sexual side).
