Не понял, в чём глубокая мысль, т.е. чем "суперменеджер" отличается от "просто менеджера", который управляет маленькой компанией.

Тут не про менеджера а про его зарплату, которая в первом случае в сотни раз больше зарплаты среднего работника.
На самом деле, я просто заголовок запомнить хотел :)
