Hello! I was browsing through the BBB mix and saw yours and stopped dead because unlike most of the mixes I knew each song and artist (and have had the pleasure of seeing some of them live) and it was so awesome to see such a great representation of Canadian artists! So I had to come over and friend you, hope you don't mind!

Yay, friend away! I'm a huge Canadian indie fan, so this was a good opportunity to spread the word ;) I spend a lot of time over on the CBC Radio 3 blog, are you ever over there? I LOVE live music, I've seen a few of the artists on my mix - I just saw Elliott Brood (for the 3rd time :D) on Friday, have you ever had the chance to see them?

Haha, I am at Radio 3 all the time. I have discovered some of my very favourite artists via Grant Lawrence et al. I haven't yet had the opportunity to see Elliott Brood live, but they are one of the first artists I fell in love with via Radio 3 (after being directed there by a friend following an Owen Pallett show).
