Practice safe dieting, use condiments!

I find that dressing up bland diet food with naturally low calorie/fat condiments makes easier for me to stick to the plan. In my arsenal are mustard, dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, malt vinegar, chipotle tobasco, more pepper/less salt, salsa, and Brianna's Lemon Tarragon salad dressing.

What are your tricks?

Fat free honey mustard salad dressing (I think Kraft makes it) is delicious on a sandwich.
