Hm let's see, for comedy AND horror: April Fools Day. It's an 80s flick, crosses genres, it's one of my favorite 80s movies, LoL. There's also (in the same "cross genre" of horror-comedy) The Raven, which is an old 60s movie, with the Triumvirate of Terror (Vincent Price, Boris Karloff, and Peter Lorre, and it's one of Jack Nicholson's earlier ones), it's very loosely based on Poe's The Raven, at the beginning lol, but then it branches off into this very odd "horror" movie, which is quite amusing.

Straight comedy: Empire Records. It is one of my FAVORITE movies ever, and it's hilarious.

For actual horror (lol), there's always the original The Hills Have Eyes, and, The Halloween movies, The Puppet Master movies (ok they're not exactly what I'd call creepy or anything but, they're amusing lol), Darkness Falls (something from this decade haha)...

Action there's Bad Boys & Bad Boys II (they're both good, the first is one of my all-time faves), Desperado (another fave), Only the Strong (yet another fave lol)...

Drama, there's Rent <3 ( ... )
