Ah, thank you very much for the compliment on Itachi, it means a lot to me.

As for your question, I think it's pretty easy to tell that the whole situation has him on edge. He is not happy about it in the slightest. Itachi is a very possessive person at heart, and he doesn't have many people that are close to him at all. So yeah, his stance on things is very "he is mine, back off".
