I don't think the blues is quite the right term. It seems too tame.

My default setting is blasé. The past month, the setting has been pain, sadness, anger. But these were largely due to personal issues wrapped around heartbreak. I forced myself out, spent time with friends and family, people who care about me. I felt like I was stealing their happy
