I joined this site because I NEED help. I keep binging and binging and binging. I used to weigh 115. which is still pretty fat, but i was content with it for a while. i stepped on the scale today and I weigh 126. fuck. i cried, i'm so fat. i don't know what to do. i've tried to work out but it doesnt effect my weight at all. I was 122 last week, but after easter I weigh 126 also!
The highest I've ever been is 132, and that's cause everyone was watching me constantly so I was forced to eat. And then somehow my motivation disappeared. I'm slowly trying to get back, my lowest weight was 100, but I think I'm only gonna aim for around 110 this time round. I don't want people getting on my case like last year. Perhaps we could help each other, seeing as we weigh the same?? It could keep us motivated if we set goals for ourselves each week. Perhaps if we email each other at least once a week or something?
