How good are you at sewing? If I were to send you some clothes to adjust - just trousers/skirts mainly - and some money, would you be able to take them up? Hahah! Sorry if that's cheeky to ask -- don't trust all that many people with my clothes!

With postage costs, it would probably actually be cheaper for you to get them altered at a professional tailors. Most dry cleaners do a tailoring service, I'm sure their sewing would be much better than mine anyway. :)
