The wake me dialogue? I totally agree. They have been knocking boots since their date and I am more than okay with this. In headcanon, Kaidan and Shep share the Loft after that; the Starboard Observation deck is just his mancave/office. /nodnod
The "unprofessional" line...I think it's not too long after the date? It's one of the ones you get off of him when he's leaning against the bulkhead to the left of the window.
And just for shits and giggles - I don't remember my Soldier!Shepard getting that second ardat-yakshi banter out of Kaidan (the one about floating). I may have to pay attention on a replay.
Re: biotics. That's what I'm thinking it has to be. Unless I just missed it (there were a couple of times I accidentally cut banter short by sprinting - I'd hit the next trigger point or plot point, and it would cut my squaddies off).
