My reaction on reading that I'm getting homemade cajun rub was completely nonverbal and something like this:

And as for the corned beef- well. Forgot cabbage, and found out we had barely any potatoes left. La. Second run to the grocery store! (I'm just going to cook the potatoes separate, and mash them to serve under everything.) Though- my store did have Guiness!

It's in the crock pot and smelling wonderful...
