I am so effing over David Beckham right now, and I honestly never thought I would ever say that. Alas though after having paid $150 for two tickets that normally cost $50 combined I'm nore than a little pissed off at the moment. Add insult to injury they are trying to make up by giving us first chance opportunities to buy Beckham tickets next season. Like I'm gonna shell another $150 on that even if it is at a discount. I am still fuming at the moment. It just shows to me that he doesn't really care about anything except promoting himself and his wife. I bet if this game was on ESPN he'd be here. I'm so fucking over.

I agree with you, all the comercials and shit surrounding him is making me sick. I mean, you would think Jesus had his second coming and happened to be married.

Fernando Torres would have been a different story (and a better choice than Brit Boy).

I am still fuming, and in the MLS's infinite wisdom has now put out a disclaimer for all Galaxy games. This is nothing less than fraud in my opinion especially when you base the sales of your tickets on one player and now you are trying to wiggle your asses out of the fire and sugar coat everything. If they think they are still going to have a sold out crowd tomorrow they are totally deluding themselves if nothing else they are going to end up with 10,000 irate customers screaming in outrage at the Galaxy franchise and the FC Dallas Front office. So much for the new Ambassador of American soccer.
