I don't see how the beliefs of the person administering the medicine have anything to do with the person taking the medicine. It is between the individual, their conscience, and their "God" as to whether or not it's right. The person administering to them has no say in the matter, morally speaking; they are only involved because temporal law has decreed them to be. Their morals are not the ones coming into question.
