I love bouncy gym music, I found some quirky songs by Parov Stelar, Chambermaid Swing (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qG24X45H11w this is the short version) and Wanna Get are some of my fave tunes to work out to. Also Spoon's Don't you Evah song is a nice one to dance/workout to (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nPdP1jBfxzo cute video there...courtesy of Cheese when we were friends, I mean at least I got some cool songs out of that whole thing) Losing my ipod would make me go crazy, I use it so much.
I love Lily Allen, just buy her whole "Allright Still" CD. Lots of Spice girls tracks are fun and upbeat. Gerri Halliwell has some great solo tracks Billie Piper has some fun stuff. VNV Nation Rotersand Rammstien Combichrist

I'm currently very big on the new Nine Inch Nails. Bouncy? No. But it does make me want to jump 40 feet into the air and plant my foot up somebody's ass like a crazed anime character, and that's somethin', right?
Weirdly enough, I've seen my boyfriend dance around the yard (and he NEVER dances) to the Wicked Tinkers, but you'd have to like bagpipe music. Still, their stuff is very upbeat and fun and dance-able. (And they have this gorgeous guy playing drums.)
I've really been into Sister Hazel lately, and some of their stuff is happy/bouncy. I can't say that Blue October is happy for the most part, but I could listen to them for years.
And, to be honest, Jerry Joseph and the Jackmormons is the very strong number one for me to dance to. You probably haven't heard of them, but I listened to them for about 3 or 4 years straight and have over 1000 cds of their music. :) (Yes, that's not a typo.)
