I like crushed peanuts sprinkled on top of my peanut sauce. And maybe another little cup of crushed peanuts nearby.

And can you bring me another cup of peanut sauce please? Thank you.

I always use lots of peanut sauce. It's a good think my friend Chris only puts soy sauce on his spring rolls (eww?!? What's his problem?) so I always get his peanut sauce too. :D

But I didn't exactly follow the recipe. I never do. Recipes are for suckers. Like reading manuals or stopping to ask for directions. ;)

the lime really adds something.

I always put chopped mushroom in mine. Well, always is an overstatement... I've only been making spring rolls for like a week. :D

my mom always popped the rolls in the oven after making them. perhaps I am confusing them with something else though.
I will definately try to get around to trying this recipe--
