Trust me i get you on the pill thing (granted I need em for diff. reasons) but still, I don't want to have to take something if I don't have to, however- I have to and if you think they will help you relax and just feel better overall- it couldn't hurt to try, worse case- stop taking them. I know it's scary to think about relying on a pill for something, but hey- if it works we can go pill case shopping together- perhaps find a BFF matching set....
