So, there are 3 relationships that I was unknowing causing a lot of stress on. I will talk about 2 of them here

So long as you have a clear conscience and are acting in accordance with what has been decided, that's all you can do.

Ultimately, the other men must learn to work it out amongst themselves. You may end up losing friendships - ie, if they decide to put a moratorium on seeing you for the sake of their relationships - but that is their line to draw.

I can understand why the men in question feel insecure and uncomfortable. That doesn't mean it is realistic or necessarily fair. They have their own decisions to make.

These things suck, honey. And you are doing well by not flirting/not feeding into it. Keep it up!

After having two unhealthy long term relationships. I have figured out that reasonable trust and honesty are the most important aspects. I dont think I can ever be in a relationship again with someone that does not trust me when I did nothing to deserve distrust.

If you are not going to be honest to the person you are in a relationship with than why be with them?

I have spent most of my "adult" life in relationships with paranoid, jealous bastards.

Also, in my opinion, a relationship is never going to be emotionally "healthy" unless both partners have a good amount of self-confidence.
