If you're anything like me when your IBD is active you'll do anything to soothe your sore ass! I use moist toilet wipes as well as soft toilet paper, but the branded wipes can be expensive. I've discovered that wipes aimed at potty training toddlers are usually cheaper and work just as well.

Red Meat Craving after Bloodwork

So I've noticed a few hours after I have bloodwork done I always crave red meat. Just curious if it's just me being odd, or if this happens to others. And to the others that it happens to, have you been told to take iron pills for being low on iron?
