Cosplay Advice Needed

Hello all! As many of you know Otakon 2008 is right around the corner, and I need a cosplay that's simple, cheap, and won't make me roast in the sun. Here are the ideas I am tossing around. Please let me know what you think on all of them. I will include a current picture of myself for comparison

i really like #2 and #3, i think they would both make awesome costumes. but if you want to save money than the last idea probably is the cheapest. you could definitely do it with your new haircut, no problem. plus it would be very interesting to see you in female-to-male drag hahaha. i don't know anything about any of these series but i think you'd have the most unique costume if you went with that one, i don't think a lot of other girls are likely to dress as that one. some guys maybe, but not so many girls.
