Age: Approximately 23ish. I'm not exactly sure Hakuouki is cleaving strictly to historical dates and what have you.
Height: 176cm/5'9
Weight: Unknown, but surprisingly beefy for having the consumption.
Medical Info: AND HERE'S WHERE IT GETS FUN. I'm taking Okita from toward the end of season one of the anime, more or less between episode 11 and 12. Which means, really, he ought to have a big bullet hole in him. I think I'll be handwaving that a little. Bullet wounds aside, that means that this is after Okita has taken the elixir, so he's more or less a sort of fail-vampire. That didn't actually cure his TB, though. So at the moment, Okita is sort of like... half vampire, with tuberculosis. Yeah, he's a winner.
Eyes: Green.
Hair: Brown to reddish, depending on the art.
Physical traits: As I said above, Okita's currently in a vampire-like state. The Ochimizu turns people into rasetsu, who are stronger and faster than humans, heal faster, etc. It's a sort of artificial oni. The treatment isn't really perfect though, and it's actually hard on a person's body. It also makes it difficult for someone to be active during the day--no bursting into flames, but it seems to be wearying. Injuries from silver
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Um. I think I'm okay in general? If something seems questionable, though, go ahead and ask first. It can't hurt, right?
Abilities: Okita is a genius swordsman, and arguably the best in the Shinsengumi. Canon seems to be going that direction. Add to that the whole super strength/speed/healing thing. Hakuouki's a little inconsistent seeming with the rasetsu's powers, but Okita is shown swatting bullets away with his sword, so that's something to judge from.
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: He's not really always showing what he thinks. He smiles a lot, and it's not to say that's fake, because a lot of the time his :3 is totally honest, but at the same time, if you need to know what he's thinking, ask me, because it's not always going to be what he's saying.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Probably! Ask first, though.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: Yes, yes, yes.
Maim/Murder/Death: Ask first, we'll work it out.
Cooking: He does his share, but that doesn't necessarily mean you want to eat it.
