Dad and I had a fairly long talk about how I’ve been feeling and he opened up to me about depression and anxiety running on his side of the family. Well as I said before, if there is ANY way to avoid taking any anti-depressants, do it. They are not the best things to be on, and they will really mess with you. With this being your last year of school, I think you should try to involve yourself in things that make you happy and establish a great routine, especially going to the YMCA. Working out REALLY helps with those kind of feelings.

Maybe changing your diet will help also. Try talking to a nutritionist, that could also work.

Hey,

I feel the same way, but by going to the doctor I'll see what he has to say about it too. I got my Y memembership so hopefully, that'll help too. I know I can get back in to good shape with diet and exercise because I've done it many times, it's just a matter of will. I just feel like I need a bit of help... because the support that I would've liked to have had from someone I cared about would've been nice. But thats not how it played out so I'm doing what I need to do to take care of me. I miss you guys already... come up anytime. Also, we should plan a time to go see Kenz.

Halifax!
