This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired.
Backtagging: Sure, I'll back tag even threads that are over a month old <3
Threadhopping: If there's a reason for your character to be there and it's not some kind of private conversation that seems awkward to interrupt, feel free to. In action or voice/video, I'm cool with either, just use common sense and be civil, please.
Fourthwalling: Go on, however I have a condition on this, I don't want Bulma to be fourthwalled about her future, specifically her relationship with Vegeta and the bit of having a son with him. I'm aware that with time and all this may end slipping or being known somehow, but for now I would prefer if everyone did a small effort to avoid it. Dragon Ball is a long series and Bulma is on it from the start to its end, I'm sure your character can fourthwall her on tons of things without it being "you're going to have a child with Vegeta". In fact you can even fourthwall her and tell her that the "boy from the future" is her son, though of course that would prompt her to ask who the father is, but if your character can sneak their way out of there it's all cool.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Nothing comes to mind, if I ever have an issue with this I'll be sure to mention it. For now there are no restrictions here.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: Yes, though if you're a man she may react with a slap if it's too much out of the blue and she doesn't know you. Don't think that just because she looks young and attractive you can go on and try to take advantage of her!
Kissing this character: Yes and same as before, though she won't slap if it's a kiss on the cheek or on the forehead or something like that, of course.
Flirting with this character: Absolutely yes, Bulma will probably flirt back if she's minimally interested.
Fighting with this character: She's not a fighter so this would become more of a "beating this character" unless it's something like a slap contest. But anyway you can do it, just don't expect her to be happy.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Light wounds are okay and there's no need for a heads up, if the thread is going there and such it only makes sense for them to happen. More serious wounds or permanent damage would have to be consulted first, I'll deal with it on a case by case basis.
Killing this character: No, unless it's part of a good plot or something, but for those I would have volunteered myself to begin with so it's moot point.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes, Bulma has no way to stop those things by herself after all.
