won't you take me to, funky town!
well my saturday night was quite the fun adeventure if i do say so myself. haven't had one of those for a while.
it began as soon as rey arrived at my humble abode at like 8.30. i was finishing off my dinner/getting ready etc. then lewis arrived. and then we were going to wait for lawrence but decided not to.
we arrived at the party place, only to discover it wasn't as happening as we thought it would be. we hung around for a little while or so. went to subi to get some booze. went back to the place and met up with sarah, tom and rod. good to see them again. a short while later lawrence arrived with his lady friend who's name really really escapes me. and then a short time after that ces, leigh and his gf amy arrived. we all just sat around talking and drinking. there was mc holepunch, the random guy who just knelt beside our table and started talking to us. he was so very wired. oh and there was that sandy guy who arrived just as we left and we were talking about how we didn't directly know amy (the girl who's 21st it was). we had to leave at midnight. so, because of an earlier message from simon saying he would be at the DNA tower, we all decided to go there. (dure, lewis, ces, leigh, amy, rod, tom, sarah, lawrence, his friend and i) i had to ride with ces, leigh and amy *shudders* at least i survived the trip there, it was just the waiting for everyone else to arrive.
so at this stage rey was high, and everyone else was just happy. leigh and amy shouldnt really have bothered turning up because they were just sucking face with each other the whole time. when simon turned up it was all awkward ish i guess. we didnt really talk until everyone had left. oh yeah there was rey, sarah and i singing the dresden dolls, and various conversations about leigh and his gf, and lawrence and his lady friend. and about drugs. oh and then these guys tried to sell weed to us, and lewis bought some. but it was still kind of funny. i dont like peeing in the woods. i didn't go to the top because...i can't remember why. i think i couldnt be buggered walking all the way up. and then at like 12.30ish lawrence and his lady friend left. and then there was talking for a little while and then sarah, tom and rod needed to go home. and they couldnt fit into lewis's car with rey and i, and they didnt want simon to take them because he'd been drinking lots (heh there was an outburst at him from me yelling "BECAUSE YOU'RE BLINDING DRUNK") so they began to walk home. ces, leigh and amy left too. and simon said to lewis "oh so are we going to do this" and then lewis is like "wait a second you guys are here too come join us" so rey lewis simon and i were all in lewis's car and he was setting up his bong. then there's a rap on the window and sarah etc have come back because they've realised its going to take them forver to walk home, its 1am and sarah has work at 11am. so simon took them home, while rey lewis and i stayed in the car. twas very much fun. simon took forever to get back so there was only a little bit of weed left by the time simon got to it. and then we chilled and it was getting towards 3am so lewis took rey and i back to mine.
we talked for a while and i talked to simon who had unblocked me. and rey fell asleep for a bit but wasn't actually asleep. i set up reys bed about 4ish and i think i went to bed/sleep at like 5am. we got up at like 11.30 so im soooo tired right now but it was all in good fun. and it should be done again! it was the great spontenaity. but yeah rey will probably remember parts of conversations that i dont really remember. but yes awesome town fun.
