For most of the weekend, I felt pretty good. The back spasms were gone, there was only a little residual tightness in that muscle, I had some sinus-y stuff going on because of the weird weather, but nothing horrible. It was a nice weekend

I have the same thing--sinus headache, etc. I came into work *insufferably* cheerful, I can't understand it. Gotta be bad drugs, or something!
