reflections on vomiting

So, thanks to my monogastric nutrition paper in which i am currently studying the digestive systems of cats, dogs and horses, I have a much better understanding of why I can't vomit except under SERIOUS life-threatening conditions, where other people can just put their fingers down their throat and bring it all up.

Not so much anymore, thankfully. We're pretty sure she spits up when she's upset with us for not feeding her RIGHT MEOW. However, there was a 2-year period after we adopted her when she vomited every day for months straight. I'm best buddies with her vet techs as a result.
