Thank you. And whilst I know the answer is that I did less crafting, didn't go to any afternoon groups, and so on, I do seem to be at least as busy now as then!

You're definitely keeping busy! I suppose when we work full time, we don't do nearly as much socializing, volunteering, or crafting.

That really is the nub of it - I would never have been able to socialise during the day, or volunteer for anything regularly, and was often too tired to even pick up my knitting in the evenings.

I was fortunate in that I enjoyed my job - but I have to say that I don't miss it!

That's a lovely wreath. I am so not artistic/crafty but would have loved to do one of those.
I am still struggling with posting here but for other reasons like not having any motivation or energy to do so. If I do two a week it's a lot. I just wish I could find my groove again.

It was fun to do - it came out so nicely, I was very pleased with it.

Thank you for saying that. I feel so useless sometimes these days. I'm just trying to feel alive again, I guess but some days the words just aren't there.

The wreath is lovely! I have to admit that I am a bit envious-where I live most of the christmas craft sessions got cancelled during Corona times and never got resumed. Not that I am in need of a door wreath- can´t nail one into a metal door, hubby would have a coronary! But Christmas crafting sessions alwys have been fun, even better than crafting at home with friends!

It is lovely to sit in a group all chatting and making something, it is a shame none of yours restarted.

This one won't go onto the door, it is more an inside decoration - it would be a shame for it to get wet!
