The grout in my shower is chipped in places. This leaves the greenboard/drywall behind it vulnerable to moisture, potentially BADLY damaging my shower structurally. At the very least it leaves places for mildew to grow

I agree that the difference in personalities between Dawn any your ex-husband will add a great deal to how well you do while cutting down and cutting out the lexapro.
You might consider some deep breathing exercises at the start and end of each day or some yoga.
