It's fine. It never "hit me." It was always, "Ok, that explains it."
On sept 3, I called my bestie Karen. I was crying (I literally never cry...I'm medicated). I said I had terrible pain in my lower abdomen and didn't know what to do. It came on SO suddenly...I'd just had lunch and was fine.
She took me to urgent care, who diagnosed bladder infection. They sent me to the hospital for a cat scan to see if they saw anything else. So I got antibiotics for the "bladder infection".
Yadda yadda yadda bladder infection, blood in urine until Nov 30. I stood up from playing a game for two hours and the chair was covered in blood! I wasn't in any particular pain, but thought "this can't be good". I called my obgyn who got me in THAT DAY for a ultrasound (both superficial [tummy] and transvaginal [my favorite airline]) Then saw the nurse practicioner who said I should have a biopsy ("This may be nothing") But the next thing i know I'm in the hands of the honest-to-god obgyn. I got the biopsy results two days later: endometrial
