I know u meant something to her steph. U guys were really good friends, its not that she didnt care about you or she forgot about it its just she had so many things to do before she left and she didnt have that much time to get it all figured out!! Dont worry she'll be back before u know it!!

Ok....this is rediculous. steph wrote in her livejournal about how she felt that a friend was moving away.
