Yesterday was my last day as a Nurse Tech at HMC NICU. The next time I engage in paid medical care, I'll be a nurse. I found the transition last night when I left work at 7:30pm to be more jarring than my graduation. At graduation, it didn't feel like an ending, because I was still doing the same job, and still have to take the NCLEX. But this week
