I read somewhere that being pregnant means you're trying to make a huge decision/change in your life, and that giving birth in a dream means you have made that decision/change in your waking life.

On the rape: Perhaps you were forced into making a certain decision that you no longer sgree with?

Well, at least you didn't dream the Apocalypse happened. That happened to me Saturday night, and it sucked.
