The USW contract expires on Feb 1st for the many of the wage personnel in refining. No agreement has been announced yet. I'm in no way part of the negotiations, but both sides seem to be gearing up for a possible strike. At my location, they've put up some serious fence and barbed wire at the front gate, converted offices and conference rooms to

Oh, interesting. Good luck this week. Sounds like a hell of an experience. I actually had a dream about you yesterday, that you were enjoying the beach. That's it. I was at LAX on the way to/from Australia, but only had 1 hr to change flights each way.
