so i finally made it through my English 102 paper. Its been a rough, though eductional ride to say the least. My topic was "restriction of religious freedom of speech on campuses" and i basically said that it was uncobstitutional and detrimental to the learning process to censor any kind of student's speech on campuses, though particularly ( Read more... )

do you think that slaveholders in early 19th century America argued that to consider blacks as citizens is unconstitutional? Because, for a while, it was. Drinking in the early '30's was unconstitutional..."unconstitutional" is an extremely weak arguing tool. try something else.
