I went to Leesburg with my Mom today. She needed to see an older couple she used to take care of, and I needed to return a book that I checked out from the LSCC library last semester. I figured we could also stop by Books-A-Million since I needed a new calendar ( Read more... )

I'm so sorry to hear that your old co-worker passed away. :( That's so sad. *hugs* I know you you mean, about how even though you didn't really see him all that often, it's still so strange to think of him not being there anymore. I'm sorry.

Even though you didn't pass those classes, try not to think of it as a waste. I know that's hard, and I'd be doing the same thing, but at least you tried, for the time you went to class. That's more than I did. ^^; Good luck finding a job and tackling school again!

Yeah. It's just weird knowing he isn't out there anymore. :(

I'm starting to wonder if I'm doomed for failure. XD I'm going to try to go to summer classes. I think I can also re-take those classes and have the bad grades taken off my record. I guess I did gain a little experience and knowledge, even though I only went to classes for two months. ^^; Thank you!
