I made the image by cutting out each character individually in PS and placing them together how I wanted... It is printed on a transparency, and heat binded. I don't have the file saved anymore, as I made that sketchbook a long time ago... SORRY~!

and I'm not sure where you can get heat binding done either, because I did it myself at work (print lab- AI dallas)
