Wow.
Between Wall-E and Kung Fu Panda this summer has been filled with awesome as far as new cg movies.
MAN. Pixar just keeps raising the bar!

It was really really good. I liked it especially because it was just so DIFFERENT. ahhhh~! It was a cute movie.

yeah, but game engines can't tell as PRETTY stories as movies XD
BC the system can only handle so much, where a movie can take all day to render all it's precious pixels.

ANYWAY.
To be more clear. I don't think I want to be a "modeller" making props and enviornments and (maybe after 20 years of work) characters. I want to do 2d stuff like storyboarding and illustration. (which at good animation studios they spend a lot of time on.)
I know it's lame cause that's what everyone wants to do. but it's just so much more fun.

It was so adorable when they had the later scene, with Wall-e giving Eva the plant and her tossing it away and holding out a hand and saying, "Directive!" ^_^

I KNOOOOWWW!
That's one of my favorite scenes because it really touched me!
(mostly because I tend to focus on work more than my boyfriend sometimes)
