Well, hello there, Sasuke. There is a strange, hooded man wandering around sort of attempting to not be seen by people affected by the mistletoe curse. If you watch him, you will note him watching whenever a kiss happens, and after the spazzing/apology/whatever, he might occasionally take out an index card, and write something down.
