Given that most people don't even realize their faults, much less come up with a plan to improve on them (not just by their 21st birthday, but for their entire lives), I'd say you're at least slightly ahead when it comes to that.
On the one hand, a neat idea. On the other hand, it seems artificial: do you ignore the things you are not concentrating on that day, or do you just spend more energy focusing on that day's thesis? If, for example, a person wants to have an honest conversation on a topic of relative emotional weight/significance with you, should they be sure to schedule it on a Wednesday so as to maximize the worthwhileness of the endeavor? By which I mean I think these are all excellent things to work on, but some of them do not lend themselves to inhabiting particular days more than others. The communication thing in particular, but also your plans for Monday, Thursday and Sunday

I love you, dear, and I don't think there's anything wrong with you.
But, I think that if you were to put such plan into effect, you'd benefit surely.
There's nothing wrong with a little self-maintenance. Also.
Radio Shack has digital voice recorders for circa $30, but I always forget to carry it on me, so I just call myself and leave voice-mails, because it's easier.
Not that I'm self-conscious about my speech patterns and how such impacts my devastatingly fabulous life.... ;]
Okay! Update! Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays are doing well; in addition, I have been drawing on Fridays. However, due to complete ignorance of things like "pitch," I haven't been improving on singing; also, Wednesdays are doing well in terms of speaking, but I've decided to keep the whole gestures-emotions-etc.-conveyance as a personality feature. Speaking can still be improved.
Furthermore, due to an increasing awareness of my eating habits i.e. fail to eat for several days due to lack of interest/food, then binge-eat cookies until they run out, repeat, I've decided to move Saturdays in with Sundays and make Saturday "Don't Be A Fatty" day.
