The only way I've heard of people leaving is they just disappear from around here. Or they die - three times. Then they just become a ghost that haunts the place too.

There's a lot of rooms here anyways, if theirs was taken they could easily just find another.

This place is a cradle for lost souls, it's out of touch with the shinigami. [He shakes his head, wondering if he really should have said that at all.] There must be some sort of block preventing anything getting out, and only drawing in that what it needs to survive.
