I feel like getting out of this mood or whatever you call it that ive been in for a while. Vegas was fun but now im quite a bit poorer. my friend painted her walls this one particular red and it looks amazing. i'll have to find out. i want to say it was along the lines of an oxblood red with the blue undertones. it seriously doesn't look as scary as one might think. she did pair it with black but it would look good with more colors than one might think. you could also do some sort of faux on it and that might break up the red a little bit as well.

sounds pretty. I want mine like a reddish/burgundy, not too bright, but not too dark. I'm thinking of using off-white on the moulding and baseboards to contrast. Im also putting in woodflooring. It's gonna be a bitch.
