We are nearing the end of our much needed time off. We plan to continue writing, starting in late August and through the Fall, with the hopes of releasing a new record in 2006. also, gretta is currently on tour with bright eyes and the faint. i saw

Yes shes been on the whole tour, as well as Nick Zinner from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.

Gretta was AMAZING with The Faint might I add. The usage of a real cello (and violin) brought their set to life much more than samples could have.

and speaking also of their time off, wasn't the Good Life just on tour for a good while as well?

I was RIGHT in front of her and the violinist during the whole show. It was sooo nice being that close. I even yelled, "Gretta, I love you!" and she looked up and smiled. Goddamn, she is hella tight.
