I started making yogurt cheese yesterday, and finished it up today. It turned out really well, and exactly how I as hoping it would be. It's great spread on a bagel.
If anyone wants to know the recipe, it's really easy.

PS: I just listened to the Moulin Rouge soundtrack with Hairball and she made fun of me because I had to sing Ewan Mcgregor's parts instead of Nicole Kidman's. Shame be upon my alto-ness!
Wow, that sounds exceedingly good. I will definitely have to try that, especially as it basically costs less than a dollar to make it. And thanks for the suggestion, the only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the having to wait basically 2 days before you can eat it, so if it forms even a small amount faster that's nice.
That sounds really good. You should definitely share the recipe, especially as I am getting back into the cooking groove again and am trying a lot of new things. And I love getting recipes that are recommended by people.
